    FAQ [^_]

I’m encountering technical difficulties completing the module.

To launch the module, please ensure that your web browser has pop-ups enabled.

It is best to access and view the module on a desktop or laptop computer that uses the latest version of Google Chrome. The latest version of other browsers can still be used, but we do recommend using Chrome for the best experience.

Alternative recommendations include clearing your browser history or re-opening the module with another desktop or laptop computer.

I’ve concerns about completing the module. What support is available?

Completing the module may at times raise difficult thoughts and feelings of our past experiences as it explores important yet challenging topics on consent and sexual violence.

If the training raises any upsetting issues, please do not hesitate to seek support. Our SCU Counsellors can offer sensitive and confidential help should you need to talk — they will respond to you with respect and understanding. To book an appointment, call 1800 SC HELP/1800 72 4357 > Option 3 or email counselling@scu.edu.au

All responses will be treated with sensitivity and confidentiality by Student Safety and you will be notified of the decision on whether it has been approved or not. Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your response.

I’ve completed the module. What’s next?

Once you have successfully completed the Respect@SCU module, download your completion certificate on the last page of the module. You should also be able to download your Certificate of Completion’ in the main Respect@SCU page under ‘Respect@SCU certificate’.

You can use this certificate as evidence to have access to SCU activities or facilities that require you to show completion.
Please note that you only have to complete the module once during your time as an enrolled SCU student.

How do I know if I have completed the module or not?

If you have successfully completed the Respect@SCU module, you should be able to view your attempt history by clicking on the Respect@SCU module link. Every time you complete the module, your attempt history is recorded and can be viewed here. If you’d like to start again, you can click on ‘Start New Submission’.

You should also be able to download your ‘Certificate of Completion’ in the main Respect@SCU page under ‘Respect@SCU certificate’.

Prior to completion, students must obtain an overall 100% to pass the module. You can attempt the quiz questions multiple times before proceeding to the end of the quiz.

I would like to provide feedback after completing the module.

Student Safety welcomes your feedback anytime. Provide your feedback and suggestions in the short ‘Respect@SCU’ evaluation survey at the bottom of the page.
